I've spent my 42 yr. career in the engineering business. I've performed all facets including design, project management, business development, executive leadership. My strength has been account management and new client development. The businesses have been nationally ranked. I've also travelled extensively internationally, having managed our business in China and started an office organically in Mexico.
As CEO, I've crafted a vision of Designing and Building the Future for our Clients, Colleagues, and Communities. We've set up award winning programs for volunteerism within the company across 20+ offices.
The future is bright with technology moving at an accelerated pace and innovative advances in Electric Vehicles. I'm so excited about what the future holds in the next 5 years! I would love to talk about this and what makes great leaders!
